Do your customers have to pay anything? Then you can set here how. There are two options for management of payments:

  • Automatic payment and registration: Use online payment via Stripe. You are assured of payment and receive automatic registration of the payment in the Event.
  • Manual payment and registration: The registrant must confirm the registration via the link in an e-mail and pay manually.
    You then register the payment yourself in the Event to generate the payment confirmation e-mails.
    • Transfer to an account number: Enter the IBAN number.
    • Pay on site: do not tick anything.

If you want the subscriber to be able to pay by bank transfer, enter the IBAN number here. After confirmation of the subscription, the subscriber will receive the IBAN and reference.
After payment, the organizer can enter the payment in the overview of subscriptions. This way you still have a complete overview of the payments.





Automatic payment management - online payments via Stripe


For automatic management with online payments, EVENTALIX works with "Stripe". Stripe is a payment provider that offers worldwide payment services. The payment is automatically updated in the overview of subscriptions.


To activate online Payments, your Event must be linked to an organization.
After creating your Event, you can create an organization and activate the online payment by connecting your organization with Stripe.
